If you are following the State data on overall hospitalizations for Colorado, you may have noticed a jump in that information. The state is once again combing through the information that they have, and matching it up with the information that is reported in Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s (CDPHE) reporting system. As you may recall, Delta County saw a significant increase in numbers a few weeks back when CDPHE was combing through their past data, and adding to “probable” case count numbers, from outbreaks.
The Colorado Tourism Office is continuing to focus on their Care for Colorado initiative, and promoting responsible Tourism in Colorado. While not yet ready to move forward with welcoming visitors from all parts of the United States and beyond, it does continue to encourage Coloradans to be a tourist in their own back yard. Take a day trip, or a long drive, and enjoy what we all know and love about Colorado—EVERYTHING. Please be responsible and mindful of local public variances when being a tourist outside of Delta County.
