1 1/2 cups oatmeal (put in blender or food processor
until consistency of flour)
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 sticks butter (softened)
1 (8 oz.) jar of chunky peanut butter
* Chocolate bark or milk chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together by hand and shape into balls and place on wax paper and cool more in refrigerator for about one hour.
* Melt chocolate bark or milk chocolate chips and dip the balls into it and then place back into the refrigerator to dry. Enjoy!
