Pumpkin Apple Butter Cheesecake Bread

Batter

1 cup pumpkin

1/2 cup apple butter

2 eggs

1/4 cup butter

1 2/3 cups flour

1 1/4 cups sugar

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. cloves

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Filling Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese

1/3 cup sugar

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla

2 Tbsp. flour

Icing

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

2 Tbsp. cream or Half & Half

Directions 

Combine the filling ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Beat the pumpkin, apple butter, eggs, butter until well mixed. Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl, then slowly add to the pumpkin mixture.

Put half of pumpkin mixture batter evenly into two loaf pans. Place cream cheese mix over the top, and spread the remaining batter on top.

Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
